Is it free to sign up?
Yes — creating an account is always free for both clients and freelancers. FindAssign only takes a commission when a transaction completes.
How does escrow work?
When a client places an order, funds are transferred to a secure escrow. The freelancer completes the work; the client approves and funds are released. Neither party can disappear with money.
What is the commission rate?
FindAssign charges freelancers a sliding commission: 15% for the first $500 earned, down to 8% above $10,000. There are no commissions charged to clients.
Can I hire a team or agency?
Yes. Freelancers can form agency accounts, share portfolio items, and accept team orders. Clients can invite multiple team members to a single project.
How long until I get paid?
Funds become available in your wallet as soon as the client approves delivery. Withdrawal to bank/PayPal processes within 1–3 business days depending on your region.
What happens if a client doesn't respond?
After the agreed delivery period, orders auto-complete after 72 hours of client inactivity, and funds are released to the freelancer.
Can I work in my own currency?
FindAssign supports multi-currency wallets. You can invoice in USD and withdraw in your local currency — conversion rates are shown transparently.
How does the AI matching work?
Our AI brief improver analyzes your job description and matches it against freelancer profiles, gig descriptions, and skill tags to surface the most relevant candidates.
What if I'm unhappy with the delivered work?
First use the revision request feature. If issues persist, open a dispute. Our team reviews evidence from both sides and mediates a fair resolution.
